Today, I am continuing to share my recipes from my daughter’s recent birthday princess tea party. I love the simplicity of these fruit kabobs with dip. They are so easy and tasty…no one will ever know that it has only two ingredients. Thanks to my friend, Heather, who shared her “recipe” with me.
We had so much fun and the girls really loved this easy and healthy treat!
I’m not going to tell you how to put fruit on a stick. I’m sure you can figure that part out. I used an assortment of melons and pineapple, but any fruit will go nicely with this dip.
Fruit Dip
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup lemon curd
Combine both in a store in the fridge until ready to use. If you can’t find vanilla yogurt, then use a plain yogurt and add a splash of real vanilla extract (not imitation).
Told ya it was easy.

Oh…I haven't made that in a while. Thanks for the reminder! Yum.
I love that it's simple too. Thanks so much for sharing and linkin up to tasty tuesdays.
Your blog looks beautiful! Paisley Moon did such a nice job. ♥
The fruit kabobs look yummy! I am embarrassed to say that I didn't know what lemon curd was so I googled it. I'm glad to know what it is now because it's sounds like good stuff. We are dairy-free, so I was happy to find even an easy dairy-free version of lemon curd (http://dairyfreecooking.about.com/od/condimentschutneys/r/lemoncurdcook.htm) Thank you for your post! These will be fun to try.
That dip sounds excellent! I've always used the marshmallow creme and cream cheese mixture, but this sounds good enough to try. – http://www.delightfulcountrycookin.com
