Oh gosh…corned beef and cabbage with carrots and new potatoes are a must here for St. Patty’s Day! I always make it for two of our six grandkids! That’s right, only 2 out of 6 really like it so those two and us have all the fun and the others can do whatever on that day! Like my grandson says, ‘they don’t know what they are missing but that leaves more for us’!

Love love love Irish soda bread! We always do a big pot of corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick’s, but this will be our first year to add the Irish soda bread.
