We love St. Patrick’s Day at our house. It’s a fun little holiday for us. Leprechans visit us and cause havoc while they are here, but they always leave a little surprise too.

That Reuben makes me want to make one (or go eat one at a restaurant). That is my favorite kind of sandwich. I may make those for St. Patrick’s Day. I only have one other Irish recipe I cook and my kiddos don’t like it…

Oh yeah, we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day – our fave part is making up a leprechaun trap and seeing if we caught one, but the food comes later that day… if, the leprechaun hasn’t pranked it somehow.
