My grand daughter is 8 years old. She has had a UTI since age three. Multiple trips to the doctors, three trips to the ER, and consults with two pediatric urologists have resulted in years of antibiotics with no success. She has exema that won’t heal up, chronic constipation, and daily accidents of wetting. My daughter took her off all the antibiotics about 2 years ago as they weren’t helping any way. In desperation, they have taken her to a holistic doctor who upon examining my grand daughter, said she is 5-10 years away from liver failure. She needs to be gluten free at least until she her urinary tract and intestines are healthy again. She is a very fussy eater and loves her peanut butter and jam sandwiches. I found your site when someone posted your gluten free flour mixture on face book. My son also had to go gluten free and as you can imagine it is the bread that is the biggest disappointment. I bought the flours yesterday at the health food store and want to begin trying to get a bread that is not dry and crumbly. Do you have a recipe you would be willing to share?
