Thank you for this recipe! I made the 12 oz version with Pillsbury sugar free Cinnamon Swirl mix. Since it comes with cake mix and the cinnamon mix, I mixed the 1/4 cup water first then added a teaspoon or so of the cinnamon and added the tablespoon of water and mixed it lightly I with a fork. Microwaved for 80 seconds and its perfect!! A definite keeper

The nutrition is pulling the info for making an entire cake. I can't control what the calculator pulls...it's just for a guide and not always accurate. The recipe literally uses 3 tbls of cake mix...there would be no way it's 2000 calories. The calories would be less than eating an actual slice of cake because you don't oil or butter and eggs. Hope that helps. w-

Hi Rebecca, I'm not sure about mixing up the whole cake and leaving in the fridge...but you definitely don't need the eggs or oil for this method. w-

Hi was just reading your recipe's. My stove recently went out so waiting for a new one to come in. Had been hunting for a microwave recipe to use my cake mixes with. Can a whole box be mixed up an then put left over batter in the fridge. Also I noticed no eggs or oil was used. That does not effect the cake flavor at all? Thank You
