I like to give my kids something nutritious, though I want to make the healthy stuff as &#039;palatable&#039; for them as possible. (There&#039;s so much junk food they eat all the time anyways)
Glad to know there are more moms who rack their brains over it as well.:)
Let me add here for the benefit of readers that peanut butter, bananas and oatmeal are wonderful foods for building stamina as well. Need I add about the goodness of fruits and veggies.
