Wow, these really look delicious!! I found your site through StumbleUpon, and I’m going to give these a definite thumbs-up! I love chocolate chip cookies, and I love the idea of making them just a bit healthier! My mother-in-law bakes brownies with black beans because it’s healthier… she swears you can’t tell the difference (well, maybe a little tiny bit)… but they’re really yummy!
