It reminds me of something I did last year. I made a huge batch of chocolate fudge and it didn't get stiff enough. I just couldn't see throwing it all away, so I rolled it into little balls, froze them, and then dipped them in chocolate. Oh, my! They were way too good. I doubt I'll ever do it again, but it was nice while it lasted.
