You could use the vanilla bean to make vanilla sugar and use that.

This sounds really good. I have never bought vanilla beans before so not sure how expensive they are but would love to try this.

Yum, this looks and sounds so good. Keep those coffee recipes coming as I will be trying them all this winter when it is horribly cold outside and I want something warm and fuzzy to drink.

I love that this has lots of cinnamon in it, one of my best things to add to my drinks in the fall is cinnamon. Great coffee drink!
