Wendy,
A propane gauge! I think I'm giving that to myself for Father's day! My spouse can use it when he gets back. ;) We have a tiny gas grill, and had for years used tiny propane tanks. And nearly every time I went to grill something, I'd run out of propane between preheating and the end of grilling time. Very annoying (and part of the reason why we rarely grill). Right before he left, my spouse bought a larger propane tank and hooked it up to the tiny grill. Now I'm not supposed to worry about running out of fuel before the food is done. But for peace of mind, I think I'll get him a gauge, too. Thanks!

I look forward to reading your future posts on grilling. I'm 21 and we've never had a grill before but we were thinking about getting one this summer but it's a bit intimidating for me because I've never used one. I've seen people accidentally catch their food on fire before which is primarily what scares me I think, lol.
