I love the idea of the spoon, I recently started making smoothies for my daughter and started freezing the leftovers. We think she is allergic to red dye and she loves red popsicles, but she can eat strawberries! So I feel she is getting her "red" popsicle without feeling left out. I used popsicle molds but I will try this method too. Love it!
