I love pineapple but don’t know many ways to incorporate it into a meal. So I usually just end up buying a fresh one and we snack on it for a few days. I love the look of this side dish/dessert! Figures that I am allergic to pecans, but am hoping that some other nut will work just fine. Thanks for sharing.

This Pineapple Cherry Fluff looks so delicious and fun to make. It is so hot outside and I think that this would be a great recipe to make. Plus pineapple is so healthy!
