Cold Saturday here in Michigan, so I decided it would be a great morning to put a pot of chili on the stove to simmer. My husband and I had it for lunch and am pleased to say it’s a huge hit and a keeper.

I have a recipe I love to make using McCormick’s Cocoa Chili Blend but unfortunately it is no longer available at any store near me so when I saw this recipe on Pinterest I decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint, my husband has had two bowls already and I’m sure he’ll be in and out of the pot all day.

Thanks for sharing, it’s going to be my new “go to.”

when you say add 1 can of water — is that a 28 oz can (the tomato can) or a smaller 14 oz can (the bean can)
