Get the kids excited for Halloween with this fun and Spooky Fall Bento Box idea.
We are enjoying the nicer weather that fall brings, which means I go nuts with all the fun decorations. I love making cute lunches for kids, and Halloween is the perfect excuse. Sometimes we get stuck in a rut and I like to switch things up with a holiday inspired lunch. My kids love snack bars, and non-sandwich lunches are great because you can easily make them gluten free. I’m excited to partner with Nature Valley because they’ve made 10 of their snack bars gluten free. We are in love with the Nature Valley Roasted Nut Crunch bars. Sometimes I can’t find food items I can eat due to allergies, and it’s nice to have something we can all have. They are perfect to pack as a snack or lunch, and they have protein so it’s a nice sandwich swap.
This Halloween lunch is taste approved by kids! I decided to pair the Nature Valley Roasted Nut Crunch bar with some yogurt and chocolate spread. My inspiration was parfaits with granola, yogurt, and fruit. It’s a take on that but with these yummy dips and crunchy nut bar. Kids love to dunk the bar in the dip containers and then crunch away.
