Hi Jeannette, I&#039;m glad you are enjoying the series.  Yes, the results are very similar.  The peppers are raw, so it&#039;s to just throw some frozen ones in the pan for fajitas, stir fry, and more.  I just wouldn&#039;t use them in a dish where you want raw veggies because they will get soggy when thawed.  Enjoy! w-]]></description>
