Hi Teresa, I’m not 100% sure. I know they use a lot of soy and almond milk products. The best thing to do is ask to talk to the chef at each location you are planning to eat at and they will help you. And if you are getting reservations for a sit down place in advance…give them a call before you get there to give them a head’s up. Enjoy your trip. w-
