Is the dough for your apple pie crinkle cookies suppose to be a running dough...cause that what happened with mine. I kept adding more flour but it still seemed more like batter then dough. However, my hubby said make them anyway. Once I rolled them in powdered sugar, they did hold together enough to get them on the cookie sheet. The dough might have been a bit runny, but those things turned out quite tasty. Hubby says...make them again! Did I read the directions right, that it was 2 cups of flour? I used Bob Red Mill's 1 to 1 baking flour. I added a cup of apples which hubby also loved. Runny dough or not..guess I will make them again.

Hi Ann! Sounds like there was too much liquid. Perhaps your egg was extra large or your flour didn't absorb all the liquid. Next time this happens, try adding a little more flour to get to the proper cookie dough consistency. w-
