It’s very spicy! I left out the cumin because it was already plenty spicy for me.

I make a roasted red pepper aoli to go with the sweet potato fries, but now I’m going to have to try your chipotle dipping sauce. I think I’ll try it with soft silken tofu– I’ll let you know how my adaptation turns out.
