I have eaten divinity all my life and some recipes are misleading. I know from experience! I tried this with pecan divinity and it was good. I did not test like she said and over beat a little too long. . It looked like her 4th example. Tastes good still. I did not do the hot water trick because I started cooking prior to reading thru all instructions! She has covered everything well. I just got in a hurry and jumped the gun! This is a great recipe.
