We make these elaborate recipes from time to time, and when he decided to have hard boiled eggs for breakfast…neither of us knew how to cook them…and so to Google we went. Do you know we found fifty-umpteen recipes for boiled eggs, but they all got fancy and didn’t just tell us how to boil them! And then I happened across this in my e-mail subscription, and hurrah! Just what the doctor ordered.
