In reply to Kim. Hi Kim! Goat cheese is a creamy and tangy. If you are scared to give it a try...feta would be a good swap or try another soft cheese. You could always make half with goat cheese and half with feta and see which you like better and then you aren't stuck with a bunch that you don't like. w-

This may be an odd question, but what does goat cheese taste like? I’ve probably avoided it b/c I’m a little afraid of goats (really) and don’t think anything associated with them could be good. : ) But this sounds like a great, keto-friendly meal if I can figure out the cheese. TIA!
