Why is flour in chili seasoning? I see it in all the store bought brands and half the internet recipes.

Great mix, I’ve never made chilli without using a packet mix so to have a homemade recipe is great and I look forward to trying! Love that you can make a large batch for future use too, always makes life easier!

I have an old family story about my great aunt refusing to share her famous fudge recipe for years. Drove my grandma (her sister in law) crazy for years until the other sister said, “Oh, I have that recipe, too. Here you go.” Now we all have the recipe…in fact, I just posted it on my blog in December. I’m sure Aunt Fern is rolling her eyes in heaven. 😉
