In reply to Wendy O'Neal. I was reading through comments..love making my own and a must try is homemade condensed milk..taste fresher yet and so good! One question is how to thoroughly mix dry cinnamon..it always sinks to the bottom and my hubby doesn’t mix it enough so you have thick junk toward the end

Love making my own creamer, saves money & I can make the flavors as strong as I want them.
I was wondering if you have tried sweetened condensed milk & evaporated milk, instead of half n half?

What would be the recipe for Chocolate Hazelnut? Also how does this freeze? I love International Delight Chocolate Hazelnut but it is only available at Christmas time. I have tried freezing it and it freezes soft like ice cream. I have tried mixing it 1 part coffee 2 parts creamer and it is still ice cream soft (and now my oldest tries to sneak and eat them). I love having creamer cubes because it cools the coffee down to the perfect drinking temp I just need to find a chocolate hazelnut that will freeze hard
