In reply to Cindy. Oh no! Sorry to hear that Cindy. Yes....I think it was the white chocolate not liking the lime juice. You could try tossing the cereal/coconut in the lime juice, then adding the melted white chocolate. Or use DF white chocolate chips. w-

I made it this morning for a staff event. As soon as I added the lime juice the chocolate seized up! My white chocolate did have some dairy product in it. I am wondering if that was the issue. Also instead of the shortening I melted coconut cream.

It was a fiasco. I am thinking that I will have to try again with the vegan chocolate.
