Hi! Thanks for sharing your recipe. I have a question, my mini quiches sunk, I don’t know why.
They looked perfect in the oven. I baked them for 20 minutes, I left them to cool off but nothing helped. The quiches on your picture look perfect, so I just want to know what should I do

hmmm… I wonder if you could bake these up and then warm them in the microwave the next day…would make a great GF lunch at work.
