Get creative and use any kind of pudding. My favorite is combining pumpkin and cheesecake pudding for the 3rd layer. Strawberry and cheesecake pudding mixes would also be great. Someone mentioned butterscotch – mellow that out with vanilla or cheesecake pudding and I think that would also be amazing. (Can you tell cheesecake pudding is a pantry staple in my house?)
