On whole 30 you can not make deserts using approved ingredients or make things like banana pancakes or anything resembling breads. Doing that doesn’t get your body out of the habit of eating sweets and craving carbs. I did the whole 30 and it does work if you do it right. My husband lost 15 lbs. I only lost 8 but I lost more in inches. We tried doing a partial whole 30 like your recipes are suggesting and it just made us crave the things your not supposed to eat more. Not all of these recipes are whole 30 so if you are truly wanting to do whole 30 watch out and read the website on whole 30 first.]]></description>
