Garcia’s mexican restaurant

makes a stuffed chicken Tampico with a white cheese spinach sauce (Espinaca queso blanco) with NO velveeta and NO tomatoes/RoTel/ etc.

They use white melting cheeses (Queso Quesa, Asadero, Monterey Jack), spinach, onions and jalapenos. You can also order the Steak Tampico, but it’s not listed on the menu.

I don’t like Velveeta due to the outrageous amount of salt.

Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with Garcias, I just like their food, and I have nothing against Kraft/RoTel/etc., except they don’t label their GMO ingredients…
