I know it’s been a long time since you posted this, but…
I spent a few weeks in Puerto Rico this summer and I know that tacos are not local but still fell in love with a taco truck that made the best street food.
I’ve been trying to find a good recipe to come close and your simple recipe covers the most important parts. I love the marinade and spices, I’ve tinkered a little but I’m so happy i found your site.

Last weekend my whole family had a picnic in our backyard. We did grilling and barbecue. In fact, we made this street tacos. I am so grate that I made it yummy. My family enjoyed eating my street tacos.
