I love how gorgeous these white-chocolate-covered strawberries turned out. Although my batch of strawberries had short stems, they still looked lovely. I gifted mine to a friend who was celebrating a big event in life. These were perfect!

Very pretty. Perhaps I’ll do this one day too, using real white chocolate for sure, maybe Green and Black’s brand, and unflavoured coconut oil instead of the shortening.
