Make these simple and delicious Ritz cracker cranberry cream cheese appetizers, perfect for holiday parties and family get togethers.

There’s no time like the holiday season for easy, delicious appetizers and finger foods. Christmas and Thanksgiving really do have the best appetizers, and they don’t have to be complicated to be delicious.

What I love about these little cream cheese appetizers is they can either be served already made; or you can set up a mini buffet, and let guests spread their own Ritz crackers with the delicious cranberry cream cheese spread.

3 ingredients are all it takes to make an irresistible appetizer your friends and family will love.

Who doesn’t love an appetizer they can make in minutes with just 3 simple ingredients?

WHERE CAN I FIND THE PRINTABLE RECIPE FOR THESE CRANBERRY CREAM CHEESE APPETIZERS?

If you’d rather skip all the tips and important recipe info, along with similar recipe ideas – and get straight to the very yummy cranberry cream cheese appetizer recipe – just scroll down to the bottom, where you’ll find a printable recipe card.

HOW TO MAKE CRANBERRY CREAM CHEESE APPETIZERS

Make sure your cream cheese is softened just a bit before spreading it onto the crackers. You can soften it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

  • Spread a layer of cream cheese on each Ritz cracker.
  • Then add a dollop of cranberry sauce on top.

And that’s it, easy peasy, quick and easy appetizers you can literally whip up in no time!

DO I HAVE TO USE CRANBERRY SAUCE?

If you don’t want to use cranberry sauce, you can use fruit jam, preserves, or jelly instead.

I really love making these little snacks with blackberry jam. The combination of the blackberry jam with cream cheese is so delicious.

KITCHEN TOOLS YOU’LL NEED TO MAKE THESE TASTY APPETIZERS

Again, I love the simplicity of this recipe.

The only things you may need are a table knife and serving platter. Make it a festive serving platter if you’re serving these up as Thanksgiving appetizers or Christmas appetizers.
