This Grapefruit Sorbet is full of so much grapefruit flavor. It's refreshing, tart, & sweet all at the same time.Every spring my trees are full of citrus and for about 3 weeks, I juice and zest it all. Then store it in small batches in freezer bags for use all summer long. I love the complex flavors of my grapefruits and enjoy making all sorts of crazy desserts and recipes with them, like this grapefruit sorbet.

It is a little tart, a little sweet, but mostly it just has that wonderful grapefruit flavor that I love. So if you love grapefruit as much as I do, you will really enjoy this sorbet.

[…] Grapefruit Sorbet. This is another dairy-free treat, and it’s light and refreshing. A bit too tart for toddler taste buds, but perfect for Mr. G and I, especially as the weather gets warmer! (I will confess, I only had one grapefruit left when I got to this recipe, so I supplemented with a couple store-bought ones. The home-grown one was much juicer than what I got at the store, as you might expect.) […]
