- 5 jalapenos
- 2 bags of coleslaw mix
- 1 bottle of Kraft Coleslaw dressing
- Remove stem from jalapenos, cut in half and remove most of the seeds. I usually remove all the seeds and veins from every jalapeno, except one.
- Place cut jalapenos in a blender or food processor with about 1/2 cup of the dressing and puree until smooth. Stir in remaining dressing.
- Pour coleslaw mix into a large bowl, pour dressing over the top and mix until well combined. Cover and place in the fridge for a couple hours to let the flavors blend.
Never worry about dinner again....
