Jalapeno Coleslaw

Yield: 8
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes

Spicy jalapeno coleslaw is a tasty summer side dish. Control the spice by cutting back on jalapenos, or leave ribs and seeds in for more spice!

Ingredients

  • 5 jalapenos
  • 2 bags of coleslaw mix
  • 1 bottle of Kraft Coleslaw dressing

Instructions

  1. Remove stem from jalapenos, cut in half and remove most of the seeds. I usually remove all the seeds and veins from every jalapeno, except one.
  2. Place cut jalapenos in a blender or food processor with about 1/2 cup of the dressing and puree until smooth. Stir in remaining dressing.
  3. Pour coleslaw mix into a large bowl, pour dressing over the top and mix until well combined. Cover and place in the fridge for a couple hours to let the flavors blend.
