Combining two of my favorite yogurts with some granola and fresh berries creates this amazing Blueberries & Cream Yogurt Parfait that keeps me full all morning.
When I had to give up dairy, I was sad that I might never find a good yogurt alternative. I literally tried every brand on the market and came to the decision that I loved the Silk yogurt…that’s why I’m partnering with them today, to show you how I like to enjoy my morning yogurt. Being diary free is hard sometimes, but it can still be super tasty!!!
This really is super easy to make, plus it’s super pretty. And pretty food tastes better, doesn’t it?!?! Blueberries are my favorite fruit and love them in just about everything, so adding a couple big handfuls to my yogurt parfaits in the morning just make me super duper happy!
- 1 container Silk Blueberry yogurt
- 1 container Silk Vanilla yogurt
- 1 pint fresh blueberries, washed and dried
- 1/2 cup granola
- In a pretty parfait glass or other glass, spoon in half of the blueberry yogurt. Then add a layer of granola, then 1/2 the blueberries. Add all of the vanilla yogurt and top with more granola, remaining blueberry yogurt and finally top with remaining blueberries.
