These Easy Easter Cookies only have 3 ingredients! They are the perfect activity for kids or for a school party!
My kids and I were wondering through the grocery store recently and decided it would be fun to make some festive Easter cookies but we didn’t have a lot of time so I talked them into using premade sandwich cookies and some leftover frosting from home. To make them Easter-y, the kids decided it would be fun to use these little Wilton characters.
I don’t think these could be any easier and totally something the kids can do on their own. The hardest part about these is keeping little hands and mouths out of the supplies.
If you’re looking for another easy Easter activity for the kids, try my Resurrection Tomb Craft (aka Empty Tomb Rolls), kids love to help make them and they are delicious for breakfast or an Easter supper side.
- Lay sandwich cookies out on wax paper. Drizzle frosting over the top, leaving room for it to spread and drip down one or two sides, but not covering whole cookie.
- Stick an Easter candy decoration onto each cookie.
- Let cookies dry for several hours before storing in an airtight container.
