A couple days ago, I asked on Facebook for some inspiration. I needed to jazz up our Nutella and PB routine. I got so many wonderful ideas from that question, but one response, from Stephanie M, really intrigued me. So the Flourless Nutella Cookie idea was born!
By now, I’m sure you’ve all heard of or tried the 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies! Well, this is a spin on that wonderful concept! Replace the peanut butter with Nutella!
Sounds easy enough, but I did have to try it a few times to get the cookies to come out right! Trust me….these babies are SOOOOOO worth using up a 1/3 of the Nutella jar. They are that good!
I promise!
The entire batch was devoured. I had to hold off the kids off for pictures…but my little guy, grabbed my phone, snapped a picture and then took a cookie! LOL! He’s only 3. Love it!
They were a huge hit…Hubbyman gave me the OH MY GOODNESS….THIS IS THE BEST THING I’VE EATEN eyeball as he bit into the only one that I was able to snag from the kids and hide for him.

Flourless Nutella Cookies
These 3 ingredient flourless Nutella cookies are rich, fudgy, flourless chocolate hazelnut cookies topped with chocolate sprinkles. Irresistibly delicious!
Note: These cookies bake up the best when you use the chocolate sprinkles. I don't know why, but they do.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- chocolate sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Roll about a tablespoon of dough in your hand and then roll into a shallow bowl filled with chocolate sprinkle (only covering about 3/4 of the dough ball). Place sprinkle side up on baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove pan from oven and transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

Oh no, I’m sorry they didn’t work out for you. We’ve made them many times, as have many readers, and they’ve worked out. Can you tell me more about how you made them? w-
Could you maybe use half a cup PB and half a cup nutella? 😀
I have no idea….but that sounds amazing. It’s worth a shot. Let me know if you try it. 🙂
I’ve never made them this way before, looks good!
