I love making these Homemade Energy Drinks, it really is super simple and takes less time than running into the store to grab an energy drink.
Plus there are no crazy chemicals, unknown ingredients, and most importantly…it tastes great. So, next time you are hitting the gym or the kids are playing hard, fill up a sports bottle with ice and serve up this homemade energy drink. Your family will thank you! Promise!
The fresh mint and ginger really kick up this energy drink and takes it to the next level. You’ll also notice I add a B100 Complex Vitamin to my drink. It really packs the energy in to this energy drink. I get them at the health food store, but you can get them here too. There are tons of options, so pick your favorite brand.
- 33.8 oz carton unsweetened Coconut Water
- 2- B100 Complex Capsules
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 oranges, juiced
- 2 tbls fresh grated ginger
- 2-4 tbls agave syrup
