Thai Caesar Salad

This post may contain affiliate links. Please read my disclosure.

Last week, I gave away a Thai Kitchen gift pack because I was hosting a House Party for Thai Kitchen. They sent me a ton of goodies and supplies for my party. I thought I would share what I prepared for my party this week with y’all. These recipes all come from the Thai Kitchen website and they have a ton of ideas and different recipes for you to try.

This salad was super easy to put together. I’ve actually never made Caesar salad dressing from scratch before, but if it was this easy then I will. The flavor of the salad wasn’t all that different from a traditional Caesar salad, so it fooled some of my non-adventurous friends.

Thai Caesar Salad

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen Premium Fish Sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Mix oil, fish sauce, lemon juice, garlic, cheese and pepper in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
Place lettuce in salad and toss to combine with dressing. Top with additional shaved Parmesan cheese if desired.

Serves 2.
