I don’t really make this drink for Christmas supper, but I always make it this time of year and for all my holiday parties. It is super easy and is good for a nice cold day. It will last in the fridge for a couple weeks and you can just pour a glass and pop it in the microwave if you want. That is…if there are any leftovers from your party.
I’ve tried this with a little bit of rum…it is scrumptious. But I always make the big pot of wassail the way the recipe is written and then if someone wants to add some rum then they can just add it to their mug. Seriously though, it is delish and warms ya up on a cold night.

Slow Cooker Wassail
- 1 Bottle cranberry juice (64 oz.)
- 1 Bottle apple juice (32 oz.)
- 1 can frozen pineapple juice concentrate (12 oz.)
- 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate (12 oz.)
- 3 cinnamon sticks (3 to 4)
- 1 /2qts water
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker(you will need a 7qt slow cooker). Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
- ** Try using white cranberry juice or cran-strawberry juice for a milder flavor.
