There are so many benefits to avocados. According to the Avocados from Mexico site, they are good for your heart, low carb, a great substitute for dairy in many recipes, and can help with weight-loss. Avocado calories vary from fruit to fruit, but are generally around 250 for a medium sized avocado. That’s only 50 calories per serving, assuming you can eat only 1/5 of this wonderful fruit!
Hubbyman has always been a fan of avocados, but he was so excited when my love for this wonderful fruit grew and grew. They are always in the fridge now and I love that it is currently avocado season.
