Is there anything better on a hot summer day than sippin’ one of these Boozy Peachtini cocktails by the pool with your best girlfriends?
Oh my goodness, y’all! These peach vodka cocktails are my new favorite drink. I think I’ve made one each night this past week. They are so good for sippin’ poolside, for a special occasion like Mother’s Day, Sunday Brunch, or as an after dinner treat while watching the sunset. The make a great beachside peach cocktail too.
The peachy goodness comes from my favorite brand of syrups, Torani. The peach flavored syrup provides all the intense peach flavor plus the sweetness you’d expect in a drink like this. I’ve tried several brands, but really prefer the clean flavors in this brand…plus you could use the peach syrup to make some sno cones for the kids while you sip on one of these. Then everyone is happy!
This time of year, when it’s so hot, having a cool refreshing drink is like a vacation in a glass.
How to Make a Peach Vodka Cocktail
There are many ways to a peach vodka cocktail, but since I like ingredients that can be used in more than way, I’m skipping the peach schnapps in this recipe (although, it would be a great addition if you already had some).
Really, these couldn’t be any easier. In a small pitcher, combine ingredients with ice and stir gently to combine and chill. Pour into serving glasses and top with a fresh peaches or just a single peach slice.
- 4 tablespoons Torani Peach Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Torani Vanilla Syrup
- 1/3 cup orange Juice
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/3 cup lemon lime soda
In a small pitcher, combine first 4 ingredients and stir gently to combine. Chill for at least 1 hour. Divide drink into 2 glasses and top with lemon lime soda.
Try adding a shot of Peach Schnapps for even more peachy goodness.
