When I was a little girl, we visited my Granny in Texas every summer. My favorite day of our trip was going to the Ice Cream Shop to pick out a gallon of ice cream. I always picked peach and I ate the whole gallon myself over the course of a week. It was so delicious. I’ve figured out how to make the best peach ice cream ever and it can be done with only 2 ingredients and NO ice cream maker.

How to Make Peach Ice Cream in a Blender

So you are probably wondering how can you make this peach ice cream recipe without an ice cream maker. It’s simple….you use your blender. It’s best to use a heavy duty blender like a Vita-mix (my preference) or a BlendTec, however; if your blender is a powerhouse with frozen fruit smoothies than it will probably work. Just pay careful attention to your blender so you don’t burn out the motor.

2-Ingredient Homemade Ice Cream

In order to make ice cream with just two ingredients it means those 2 ingredients need to do double duty. And good news, this is a peach ice cream with no eggs! So no cooking is required.

Frozen Peaches–The frozen peaches obviously give the peach flavor, but also give the frozen creaminess structure to the ice cream. If peaches are in season and you have access to delicious, sweet fresh peaches then feel free to use them. Just wash, peel, slice, and freeze on a cookie sheet for several hours before using in this peach ice cream recipe.

Coffee Creamer– The coffee creamer provides the dairy and the sugar for the ice cream. I prefer Dunkin’ Donuts Extra Extra Creamer, it can elevate an already incredible recipe. It is made with real cream and real sugar so it’s perfect for ice cream. I like the Extra Extra in this recipe, but I think the Vanilla Extra Extra would work too (it would be perfect for other ice cream flavors as well).

Hi June, I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. Obviously, the creaminess/texture will be a little different that cow milk creamer. Let me know if you give it a try. w-

I love ice cream but don’t have an ice cream maker anymore. This peach ice cream is so good! So glad I don’t have to worry about replacing my ice cream maker.

I never thought to make ice cream using coffee creamer – that’s really interesting! Certainly something worth trying a few times, I’m sure the flavor combinations are endless too!
