My slow cooker is my secret kitchen weapon! I use it all the time. In fact, I’ve had several going at the same time on more than one occasion. However, it’s underutilized as a breakfast cooker….until today.
Oatmeal is a great choice for breakfast and gets me started on making healthier choices during the day. Using my slow cooker to always have something ready and waiting for me is a must when I’m trying to watch my waistline. Otherwise, I’m tempted to grab something quick when I’m out taking the kids to school or running errands.
