We love St. Patrick’s Day at our house. It’s a fun little holiday for us. Leprechans visit us and cause havoc while they are here, but they always leave a little surprise too.

Oh yeah, we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day – our fave part is making up a leprechaun trap and seeing if we caught one, but the food comes later that day… if, the leprechaun hasn’t pranked it somehow.

That Reuben makes me want to make one (or go eat one at a restaurant). That is my favorite kind of sandwich. I may make those for St. Patrick’s Day. I only have one other Irish recipe I cook and my kiddos don’t like it… 🙁
