Since this is my first holiday with some pretty impressive food allergies, I’ve been scouring the web for ideas. I figured if I needed some ideas and was compiling a list that I might as well share my list for 50 Allergy Friendly Valentine’s Desserts with all of y’all. Even if you don’t need an allergy friendly recipe, I bet you have a friend or family member that would be over-the-moon excited if you made them one of these lovely treats.
I’ve broken them down into categories for ease, but please make sure you read all the ingredients carefully, substitute what you need to, and have a wonderful Valentine’s Day!

Thanks Kendra!
I’ve bookmarked this for ideas–thank you. Not just for Valentine’s day–I think this is a great resource! With a little tweaking, swapping other shapes for hearts or other colors for pink/red, this compilation works for desserts for a wide variety of occasions.
Thanks!
You’re Welcome!
. I agree…this a great list and starting point for treats for lots of holidays!
Some of these desserts look so scrumptious, I couldn’t possibly wait until Valentine’s Day to try them. But then, as Kirsten wrote, this compilation also serves as inspiration for different occasions. Donna’s water-based chocolate mousse is particularly interesting and the first I’m going to make. Thank you for including the no-churn ice cream:)
Thanks Adriana! I can’t wait to to the no-churn ice cream too!
AWESOME!! Thanks for posting this – trying to more gluten free desserts so not going to just wait for Valentine’s Day!
Glad this list will be helpful Belinda.
